All information is then deposited and stored in the HubOne portal for record keeping which can assist in claim settlement and or general discussion with proof gathering documentation. Additionally, HubOne allows Claim Reps to view, stream and record video of the damaged property while speaking to the customer. All records are kept in the HubOne Portal.
